At Book Voiceover, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent experience for both our clients and voiceover artists. This refund policy outlines the terms related to refunds, payments, and revisions to ensure fairness for everyone involved.
For Clients
Final Delivery Acceptance:
Once the client accepts the final delivery of the voiceover project, the transaction is considered complete. Acceptance of the final delivery confirms that the work meets the agreed-upon requirements and specifications.
No Refunds:
After final delivery has been accepted, no refunds will be issued. Clients are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review the work before accepting the final delivery.
Revisions Prior to Acceptance:
Clients are entitled to request revisions before accepting the final delivery. These revisions must align with the original project scope agreed upon by both the client and the voiceover artist.
Script Changes:
Any revisions requested due to changes in the script will incur additional charges. These revisions are outside the scope of the original agreement and will be billed as extra work.
Post-Completion Revisions:
Any revision requests made after the final delivery has been accepted will be considered a new job and will require a new booking and payment.
Dispute Resolution:
In the rare event of a dispute, clients should contact Book Voiceover directly at support email. We are committed to working with both clients and voiceover artists to resolve any issues fairly.
Client Fees:
Book Voiceover does not charge any fees to the client for using our platform. Clients only pay the agreed-upon price for the voiceover services.
For Voiceover Artists
Payment Release:
Once the client accepts the final delivery of the voiceover project, payment will be processed and released to the voiceover artist after a waiting period of 15 days. This 15-day period allows for any potential disputes to be addressed before the final payment is released to the artist.
Admin Fee:
Book Voiceover charges a 20% administration fee from the total payment received for each project. This fee is automatically deducted from the artist's earnings before the payment is released.
Country-Specific Variations:
Please note that the payment release timeline may vary depending on the country where the client or voiceover artist is located. Local banking regulations and processing times may affect the timing of the payment release.
Dispute Resolution:
If any payment issues arise, voiceover artists should contact Book Voiceover directly at support email. We are committed to ensuring prompt and fair resolution of any payment-related concerns.
