Yes! Use our search engine to browse artists by language, gender and accent. Listen to their demos, check their rates and book instantly — no waiting for auditions needed.
Each artist sets their own rates, displayed on their profile. Additional usage fees may apply:
- Commercial usage: +20%
- Broadcast usage: +40%
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal — all processed securely through our payment system.
You can request revisions directly through the platform's live chat with the artist. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance. Payment is only released once you're satisfied with the delivery.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If revisions cannot resolve the issue, please reach out to our support team for resolution.
Yes. Every artist is thoroughly vetted before being approved. We only accept artists who:
- Have a minimum of 10 years of industry experience
- Own a professional-grade home studio
- Pass our strict quality check process
Absolutely. Book Voiceover is a company registered in England, ensuring transparency, professionalism, and accountability. We are also registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) for UK data protection compliance.
No. All voiceovers on Book Voiceover are performed by real, professional human artists. We do not allow AI-generated voices on our platform to ensure clients receive authentic, high-quality recordings.
No. Clients are strictly prohibited from using recordings for AI training, voice cloning, or any similar purposes. Artists' recordings are protected under copyright and data protection law. Any misuse will result in legal action.
Register on bookvoiceover.com and:
- Upload professional demos (maximum 60 seconds each)
- Upload up to 2 demos per language showcasing your best work
- Select only languages you are genuinely proficient in — prefer your native language if unsure
Creating an artist profile is completely free. Book Voiceover charges a 20% commission on each completed project. For example, if you earn £100, £20 is deducted and you receive £80.
Yes. You set your own rates for the services you offer. These are displayed on your profile for clients to see before they book.
Yes. If you prefer not to receive direct bookings (which include 20% commercial or 40% broadcasting rights fees on top), you can disable this option in your profile settings. You will still receive audition notifications for any languages you have demos uploaded for.
There are two ways to get work:
- Bid on projects — clients post projects and you submit a custom audition
- Direct bookings — clients find you via search and book you instantly
Payments are processed securely through the platform in GBP (£). At the time of payment release, the amount is converted to your local currency at the current market exchange rate.
You'll be notified via the platform. Review the client's feedback and provide the updated recording promptly through the project dashboard.

No. Book Voiceover strictly prohibits the use of AI-generated voices or enhancement software in demos or project submissions. All recordings must be authentic human performances. Violating this policy may result in account suspension.

Yes. Our platform is accessible globally. Both clients and artists from different countries can register, collaborate, and complete projects on the platform.
We use secure payment systems and all client-artist interactions take place within the platform. Book Voiceover is registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office), ensuring full compliance with UK data protection regulations.
